Heavyhorse

I won't be able to totally quit working, but will be able to quit this corporate hell job. The IT industry has become a shithole the last decade, and there's no way I'll make it to 60+ doing it any more. The up-side is I've paid for my home and vehicles, so costs are low currently. My spouse also has a job with benefits, so that gives us some flexibility.
 
Well good going then. Soon IT will all be by A.I. anyway, may as well get out while the getting is good; SkyNet doesn't look so far off. Enjoy the freedom of having most/all the crap paid for. Assuming you aren't still under student loan debt and don't have to go to hospital (there's some merit to letting the medical community believe you are of limited means).
Move along folks, nothing to see here, just a little hillbilly farm in the deep woods....
