Well




His most common scifi trope was basically a emperor of an occupied world that had gone to war with earth, innocent of crimes, on trial in a Kangaroo Court on earth.




And he wrote like a million iterations of that.




I think he felt several of his bans were wrongfully done to him or something and it was an allegory.  Not blaming anyone, and no, the story I chose to pursue is not that one.  It's not even a scifi.  Honestly, all his scifis are dark to the point of being not enjoyable.




I learned some dark things about his last days I won't really share here too.  Let me just say, whatever happened to him, it was no one here's fault.  Like most things he did, he had a plan, and he saw it done.  Nothing would have ever stopped him.
