I'm not allowed to have caffeine, so I figure what's the point in drinking coffee without it?  When I did still drink coffee, I figured if it wasn't worth drinking black, it wasn't worth drinking.

My Doctor said he knew better than to tell me that. 




So just avoid certain meds, (cold and allergy) and foods, use Lite salt, stay on my pills.
