Not so new to the zoo community. I'm hoping to make some friends, but I know that it can be hard due to the illegal nature of these things. So, not getting my hopes up yet.
Welcome to my forum. I can't say much about making friends here, or anywhere, if you mean RL type. I've never tried in the 21 years I've been in the community, so have made only 1, and that by accident and his efforts. Despite his kindness and having saved my life (yes literally) I've been undeserving of that friendship. I hope you fare better than I in friendships. However while trying keep two things in mind here;
1) This is not a "hook-up" forum, so don't look for one, on the forum or in pm's. Don't push unwilling or uninterested members in pm's either.
2) Protect your safety at ALL times. Don't give out any of your RL info until you're absolutely sure it's safe to do so to anybody. Even on this small, select forum there are undesirables.
If I've mis-read, and I frequently do, and you just mean new friends to chat with online, my apologies and you've come to a great place to find them. Some of the best of the best reside here.
