On Anti-zoophiles & "Living in Fear"
#1

Who are they exactly? Who are we supposed to be watchful for?

In the early days it was ASAIRS/ Randy Pepe/ Mike. He's still around, somewhere. He could be here. Who knows, who cares? He harassed folks, outted a few, closed some forums and meets. I didn't fear him then & don't now. In fact I taunted, harassed & investigated him in return back then; more effectively.

There was then the growing threat of the Humane Society of the United States, or HSUS. It's a stronger threat now, but still not more than a troll. They are here, on this forum, & on Zooville and every other zoo forum. They have small resources, volunteer driven, that consist of individual users making accounts on our forums to attempt to collect information. They'll try to become Admins & Moderators of sites. I know their tricks. I protect this forum, as does <a contenteditable="false" data-ipshover="" data-ipshover-target="<___base_url___>/profile/19-doge1/?do=hovercard" data-mentionid="19" href="<___base_url___>/profile/19-doge1/">@doge1</a> & <a contenteditable="false" data-ipshover="" data-ipshover-target="<___base_url___>/profile/159-hiway/?do=hovercard" data-mentionid="159" href="<___base_url___>/profile/159-hiway/">@Hiway</a>

There is in more recent years, and our more visible online presence brought this, the various SPCAs. They have & are the LAW. This is the MOST credible threat to all zoos. They ignore the forums for the most part, except where porn sales is involved. They hunt the commercial sites & their customer base. They look for the porn. Porn is evidence. Purchase is real life info. They now own you. They are the ones who have caused every new law in every State in the US in recent years, in the UK, in Europe, etc.. That is real. We still have recourse & (at least here in the States) a peice of paper protecting us from how much they can do. Those laws cause me no personal fear.

Finally, there is the "zoo" you loved or trusted yesterday. Human nature is such that a bad "break-up" or ended friendship will sometimes cause one party to lash out, and what better way than to let slip to your family or friends that you fuck animals? Or if they don't know you in person, to try to out you to the community? Goatman tried the second (and accomplished the first by accident) in 2005 to try to prove me a fraud to the community when I found out he was an abuser of dogs and ended our friendship. He found himself disappointed instead, but the damage was done..

So, what do you do? Live in paranoia & fear? Never make friends or have a human relationship though you also like their companionship?

I don't recommend any of the above. Your life wound frankly suck.

I stay away from other zoos because I'm a miserable bastard. I'm doing you all a favor there. Just as I do my neighbors a favor by ignoring them as much as possible. There was a time, in my younger years, I was a nicer guy (not a lot nicer). But those days passed.

If you like people, and zoos share common interests, socialize. Just be careful about it. Choose wisely, just as you would any other relationship. Protect your RL info until you've communicated well with each other online. Then, take it easy..

Get your porn for free, if you need it at all. Stay off the forums that sell porn even if you aren't buying.

Use every means of protecting your identity there is.

And DON'T leave your computer on with a story opened about you & your lover where your sister can happen to read it when you've been rushed to the hospital & she's been good enough to come up & take care of your dogs and horses... we're none of us perfect /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" title=":)" width="20" />
