so how is everyone surviving the pandemic

Oh I think they have already conceded that it will never go away, that we will need an annual booster, if nothing else just to keep up with mutations.  Like the flu shot, only effective.  (The flu shot usually manages to be only about 40% efficacy-- )




So far only aches and pains, probably not even from the shot, more likely arthritis.  There is some evidence that taking pain relievers BEFORE getting the shot results in lower antibody titers.  Accordingly I didn't take my usual OTC that day.  Quite a bit better today.
