Actually, it doesn't take very damn much suction for that to happen.  Prolapses in various species are not that uncommon.  At atmospheric pressure.  Although you could also get trapped and drown by drain suction to any part of your body. 




This resulted in regulations to re-design the drain covers for pool drains and filter intakes, so that water enters around the edges of the drain instead of from the center surface. 




But yeah, Darwin.  What possessed her to think sitting on an underwater drain was a good idea....?
