WOW .. can't use a witness that can identify a suitcase because she might have had sex with a dog ... un fucking belieavable
How does that prove she is not a credible witness
Seems like saying you can't use a eyewitness to a murder with cell phone footage of it because the witness happens to own an adult novelty shop ... or has been arrested for prostitution .. or almost anything
