I was sent your way by a friend and would like to introduce myself. I've been around under the name ---2--- from 2003 until 2005 when I changed it to Thunder-Bay-Syd. I've been quiet in recent years after withdrawing from my involvement in running a couple of the older forums - ZD mainly. I often look back fondly on my time within the community and have many regrets about having dropped off the way I did but it was a case of needs must at the time. I'd now really like to connect and reconnect with the community. This looks like a great place with some very familiar names - I'm glad to have been sent this way.

I remember ZD. I got Rick-rolled there by somebody, back before I knew how to adjust my browser settings. That's been a while; these days those settings aren't available and you just have to trust the thing. I think that was the most exciting thing I experienced at ZD. There were a lot of long, depressing philosophical threads, and I didn't stick around much for that, but I recall having a lot of fun critiquing a longish SF story posted there by SkyFox; kind of like a fur-con fantasy (and I told him they were all hippies), but it was pretty good; had a plot, story arc and all that.

If so, a 16 year old me has to say thanks. Was too young to post but am thankful that you made that kind of info available.
As for me, I'm into dogs primarily, and think deer are hot, but no odds of anything happening. Am autistic spectrum so may catch on slow but look forward to being here.
